Finance Business Partner - PRATAP PARTNERSHIP LTD : Job Details

The Finance Business Partner will provide commercial and operational insights and analysis to facilitate quick decision-making that supports growth, profitability and operational efficiency.  This varied role will involve:

• Working with business leaders, advising on how to optimise the company’s financial performance and strategic position 
• Providing financial insight and support using financial and non-financial data and KPIs to challenge finance and operational teams to validate performance, aid weekly and monthly forecasting, budgeting and strategic direction.
• Leading the business planning and budgeting processes,
• Involvement in finance project and process improvement

We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills and experience of driving commercial and operational improvement initiatives.
