Finance Business Partner

£45,000 - £48,000

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm 

Office based

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.Performance Monitoring: Track financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. 

Education and Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting

Professional qualifications in ACCA or CIMA 

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in a finance role, with experience in business partnering 

Skills:

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
