Finance Business Partner - Distinct Recruitment : Job Details

This organisation is a multi-million pound turnover organisation operating in the Service Sector. They are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join the team in Nottingham.

The position offers hybrid (2 days in the office and 3 from home) and is a six month contract.

In this role, you will collaborate with third-party providers, insourced categories, and various budget holders to drive strategic financial and commercial decisions across complex, multi-million-pound segments of the business. Your expertise will be essential in reporting, analysing, and guiding the operational teams to meet financial objectives.

Key responsibilities include providing finance advice on complex issues and leading financial input for annual planning, forecasting and long-term financial planning. You can also contribute vital financial expertise to strategic business cases, ensuring the financial arguments are robust and realistic. You will also oversee the financial contract management of third-party providers, ensuring cost-effective service delivery and engage with and influence key stakeholders to challenge where financial objectives are met.

It is essential that you have proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant with strong financial analysis and reporting skills.You will also have excellent stakeholder management with strong influencing skills.
