Finance Business Partner - MF RECRUITMENT LIMITED : Job Details

As Finance Business Partner focused on managing the cost base, reporting to the head of FP&A you will focus on the following;

• Timely preparation & planning of the Corporate and Financial Plans to include the costs & headcount per the Board and Executive Management requirements
• Financial modelling and detailed analysis across the Bank’s cost base & resourcing for business lines & support functions providing analysis and forecasting
• Being a link between Finance and the business lines & support functions to give cost & headcount analysis & assistance
• Work with all divisions across the Bank to partner on financial and management information
• Project work relating to expenses & headcount to improve and develop reporting and forecasting processes & techniques that add value outputs and drive efficiencies
• Responsible for 1 direct report

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with demonstrable experience within an FP&A and Finance Business Partnering role with experience of costs.

This role interacts with all senior leadership so excellent stakeholder and influencing skills are essential as is financial modelling capabilities from a technical perspective.
