We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Partner to join our dynamic team at KP. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our sales and marketing operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the key commercial finance business partner  collaborating closely with the Sales Controller, brand marketing team, cross-functionally and other core KP brands.

• Lead commercial decision support for brands – brand performance, NPD

This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, eager to make an impact, and passionate about driving growth. As you grow within the role, there is potential to specialise in either sales or marketing finance within our Commercial Decision Support team.

We're particularly interested in hearing from you if you can demonstrate some of the following knowledge, skills and experience:

• 3+ years minimum post qualification experience including a commercial facing finance role (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)

• Demonstrable success in commercial finance roles

• Line Management experience desirable

• Leadership

• Decision making

• Driving change – tenacious and strong work ethic

• Commercial acumen – interpretation of market data, sales metrics, performance indicators

• Strong communicator and able to develop strong relationships and partnerships

Any experience with the following IT systems would be beneficial:

Infor M3, Blueplanner, QLIK and JD Edwards

It goes without saying that you'll need to be an advanced user of Excel!
