The finance Business Partner will include:
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the trust's objectives.
- Provide comprehensive financial advice to the operations team.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with NHS and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage budgets, identifying areas for improvement.
- Liaise with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Contribute to financial projects and initiatives within the trust.
Profile
The successful Finance Business Partner should Be a qualified accountant within a similar role ideally within the NHS or public body, a proven track record with Stakeholders and budget holders providing advice,
- An accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and budget management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Offer
- An Immediate start paying up to £34 an hour. Plus hybrid working.
