Finance Business Partner - Castlefield Recruitment : Job Details

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a highly renowned business who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their team due to a restructure within the department.

They offer an excellent hybrid working policy of 1 or 2 days a week onsite alongside flexible start and finish times. Role:

• Lead on providing financial advice to various stakeholders, including the allocation of resource and short to medium term objectives
• Work with department heads to evaluate options and implement plans to best achieve desired outcomes
• Lead the monthly management accounts, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
• Lead on monitoring and providing insight and advice on the financial performance
• Deliver financial results against Key Performance Indicators

Person:

• Hold a professional Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CIPFA)
• Experience of successfully identifying appropriate communication channels to deliver information
• Experience of effectively contributing to organisational vision
• Possess experience of operating within a complex organisation
