Finance Business Partner | Runcorn | £55,000 - £65,000

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in the financial management and decision-making processes of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and budgeting activities to support the strategic objectives of the organisation.

Main duties include;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimise financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis to support effective decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and oversee risk management and internal controls.
• Develop and maintain financial models and performance metrics to monitor and improve business performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with department managers to develop and monitor budgets.
• Analysing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Communicating financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Participating in cross-functional meetings to provide financial expertise and support decision-making.

Candidate profile;

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA
• Excellent communication skills, experience of working closely with senior stakeholders
• Advanced Excel/data manipulation skills
• ERP system experience
