This Finance Business Partner role will work closely with the operational team, building relationships internally and providing analysis / insight to support with future commercial decision making.

Description

• Partner with the operations team to drive business performance
• Conduct strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
• Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios and challenges
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A relevant qualification
• Business partnering experience gained in a medium / large business
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Excel
