Finance Business Partner - High Finance (UK) Limited T/A HFG : Job Details

A London market insurance business is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their finance department to play a key role in ensuring that the analysis and commentary produced ensures that management and leadership teams are kept informed about financial performance/risk.

The main responsibilities of this Finance Business Partner role will be to:

• Prepare and present financial analysis to support commercial decision making.
• Support the delivery of quarterly financial information
• Assist with finance projects relating to the improvement of processes or strategic initiatives
• Assist in various aspects of production and analysis of the Groups internal MI
• Supports the implementation of the Finance strategy to enable delivery of overall business targets
• Assist in the preparation of detailed analysis of the Group result with informed commentary which explains the key drivers and how these relate to the performance of the business
• Collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across Underwriting lines of business

The successful candidate for this Finance Business Partner will need experience in a Business Partnering/FP&A role within the insurance industry. The candidate must also be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and have prior stakeholder management experience and be a confident communicator.
