Our client, is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team in Bristol. This permanent role offers flexible work-from-home days, although you will be required on site 60% of the month, equalling around three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate financial reporting packages and provide counsel to program managers on variances
- Baseline development and maintenance, performance management and estimate at complete development and analysis
- Implement, monitor, report and analyse program budget and/or schedule
- Perform earned value management including implementation, maintenance, reporting and analysis
- Organise cost and/or schedule date for monthly program reviews
- Complete analyse date for monthly forecast review including orders, sales, operating income and cash
- Participate in presentations and group discussions at internal and external financial / schedule meetings
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the organisation to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Perform other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Experience in finance with a strong understanding of financial principles
- Minimum part-qualified
- Hold previous Finance Business Partnering experience
- Proficiency in financial analysis and financial modelling
- Ability to develop and manage budgets and forecasts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Relevant finance qualification or equivalent experience
