As a not-for-profit organisation, they focus on research that drives positive societal change.The RoleAn exciting Finance Business Partner position where you'll be the strategic financial advisor to research leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that drive social research projects forward. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Research Directors to drive financial performance and project delivery
• Provide commercial insight on profitability and project margins
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop and monitor KPIs for project performance
• Support bid development and project costing
• Act as financial liaison between senior management and project teams

The Successful Candidate

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, finalist or part qualified
• Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally within research or consulting
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities
• Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
• Experience in bid development and project costing
