Finance Business Partner

Braintree, Essex (Hybrid)

£50,000 per annum.

This position will work closely with the FP&A and Commercial Finance teams to deliver accurate, timely insights that support profitable growth. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to strategy by providing stakeholders with impactful analysis and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear decision insights and analysis for the business's trading units and central teams.
• Identity opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and maximise profitability.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports that offer insights for SP&A, Commercial Finance and Stakeholders.
• Run in-depth reviews of sales, margins and overhead costs post month-end.
• Provide strategic analysis at customers, category and product levels to guide data-drives decisions.
• Oversee all monthly management reports- performance packs and pipeline reporting.
• Support group budgeting and forecasting, support month-end processes
• Implement Power BI for enhanced reporting.

Key Attributes:

• Finalist CIMA/ACCA
• Strong commercial background with pricing experience
• Good communication
• Experience in FMCG/Retail
