About the JobThis is an exciting role within a dynamic FP&A team, offering a unique opportunity to provide commercial and analytical support during an exciting period of growth and transformation. Working closely with operational managers and business support teams across multiple locations, you will drive financial performance and deliver actionable insights.

Duties will include:

• Delivering commercial analysis and insights to identify performance drivers and best practices.
• Building and maintaining financial models for business cases.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, including advancing the use of Anaplan.
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial and non-financial reports.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and contribute to strategic goals.

About the Successful ApplicantYou will have strong commercial acumen and proven experience in a business partnering or analytics role. Confident in working with senior stakeholders, you are adept at balancing autonomy with collaboration. Industry qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA are essential.
