Finance Business Partner - Pure Resourcing Solutions : Job Details

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic organisation? We're seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team for an initial 18 month contract and drive financial excellence. This role is your chance to build a strong professional brand while contributing to strategic growth and innovation.What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a strategic partner, offering financial and strategic support to foster profitable growth.
• Deliver insightful management information and analyse key KPIs to improve business performance.
• Develop monthly KPI reporting and operational review packs to support decision-making.
• Conduct detailed P&L analysis to align with long-term business strategies.
• Oversee monthly management accounts, identifying trends and opportunities for efficiency and margin improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified (or equivalent) with a proven track record in operational finance support.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and experience with Power BI reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to simplify and present complex financial data.
• Experience in a finance business partner role, preferably with large government contractors or people-focused services.
