Finance Business Partner - Venn Group : Job Details

Venn Group are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association who are looking to recruit a well rounded Finance Business Partner to accurately prepare and monitor the budget and support and challenge various budget holders.

Job title:          Finance Business Partner

Location:         Watford

Salary:            £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Contract:         Permanent

Duties:

• Lead the process of creating the annual budget and continuously monitor and review any changes
• Provide balance sheet reports for any subsidiary / joint venture companies within the group
• Prepare financial reports for subsidiaries / joint ventures including capital expenditure, cash flow statements and balance sheet analysis
• Prepare reports for the board and effectively deal with any queries
• Own the fixed asset register for subsidiaries and joint venture companies, ensuring additions and disposals are accounted for in a timely manner
• Producing annual statutory accounts and assist with audits as and when required

Experience required:

• Qualified Accountant or Finalist (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
• Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders in a clear and concise manner 
• Open Accounts / Orchard Housing System (desirable)
