Finance Business Partner - Noble Recruiting : Job Details

A leading manufacturer are hiring an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their expanding team.

This position is crucial in supporting with the financial strategy and operation within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with departments heads to provide financial insights and support to drive business performance
• Acting as the main point of contact for commercial finance matters
• Weekly meetings to discuss strategy
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring you are following company goals
• Analyse financial performance and provide monthly KPI reports
• Provide analysis to support with key decision making including capital investments and pricing strategy
• Build and maintain financial models to assess performance
• Perform scenario analysis for projects
• Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders
• Risk management
• Identify financial trends within the business
• Monitor cost trends and analysis to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Support with Financial Controls, Compliance and IT process improvement costs
• Ad-hoc duties

Your Experience:

• ACCA or CIMA Qualified
• Strong analytical experience
• Business partnering experience

Location: Rayleigh, Essex

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
