About the RoleJoin a fast-paced, award-winning travel company as a Finance Business Partner in their Commercial and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. You’ll:

• Lead overhead reporting, forecasting, and headcount analysis for 180+ employees.
• Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial evaluations.
• Provide insights to senior stakeholders to improve business performance.
• Manage cross-departmental projects and deliver impactful presentations.

What You’ll Bring

• Studying for ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication, commercial awareness, and analytical abilities.
• Proactive and deadline-driven approach.
• Bonus: Experience with tour operator models, Sage, Tableau, or Google Suite.
