A leading FTSE 100 business is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner following a significant new contract win. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a highly commercial, strategic role, working side by side with the Operations Director to drive performance and efficiency.

Business Partnering - Act as a trusted advisor to the Operations Director and wider leadership team, providing financial insight to support key decision-making.Performance Analysis - Deliver accurate financial analysis, identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and revenue growth.Budgeting & Forecasting - Lead financial planning processes, ensuring robust forecasting and budgetary control.Contract Integration - Support the successful financial integration of a major new contract, ensuring commercial success and operational efficiency.Stakeholder Influence - Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to align finance with business strategy.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in business partnering within a complex, fast-paced environment
• Ability to challenge, influence, and support senior stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with a solution-driven approach
• Comfortable working remotely, managing multiple priorities effectively
• Exposure to contracts and cost models
