A dedicated Finance Business Partner is sought to support, guide, and influence key decisions within the Accounting & Finance department of a prestigious organisation in the Not For Profit industry.

Description

  • Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to department heads and senior management.
  • Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.
  • Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems.
  • Oversee the finance department's operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve financial performance and financial health.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for the Finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with executive leadership to define the financial strategy and direction of the company.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A strong academic background in Finance or a related field.
  • Currently studying towards a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit industry.
  • Outstanding knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Sound knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
