Finance Business Partner - Reed : Job Details

Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a 12–15-month basis. 

The Role:

• Influence the business and excel your career in a rapidly growing, market-leading organisation.
• Managing a team of three regional accountants and overseeing finance for multiple depots.
• Work with General and Regional Managers to deliver key financial targets, owning the P&L.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver value-adding initiatives.
• Drive actions from commercial reviews and develop business intelligence.
• Present financial performance to teams and senior management.
• Enhance financial reporting and improve Commercial Finance processes.
• Support various areas of the Finance team and contribute to ad-hoc projects.

Candidate requirements 

• Available to start in March 2025 
• Able to demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
