Finance Business Partner | £340-380pd via Umbrella Company| Contract until at least end of October 2025 | Large Commercial Non-Profit | Hybrid working

A well-known commercial charity with a household name is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the team during an exciting change. This role will be focused on supporting decision making by providing sound analysis on various scenarios. This includes providing budgeting and forecasting information, full management reporting and delivering sound advice to stakeholders to help understand their budgets and forecasting from a commercial perspective.

Responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organisation
• Lead on all month-end reporting and provide insightful analysis and commentary on budgets vs actuals
• Prepare all aspects of the complex management accounts packs
• Prepare cash-flow forecasting
• Identify areas of improvement across processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong business partnering and management accounting experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Ideally have experience of working with Oracle
• A commercial mindset
• A proactive and motivated individual keen to assist in the continual growth of the organisation

This role will be working 3 days in their Central London office and will be a contract until the end of October (although potential to go on longer/go perm) and offers a fantastic culture including a strong team to work with. Ideally a candidate who is available on a short notice, one month at most, should apply.
