We are thrilled to be recruiting a permanent Finance Business Partner. This exciting role offers the chance to take ownership of financial reporting and planning, working closely with key teams to drive performance and ensure sustainability.

In this role, you will:

  • Be the go-to financial expert for property services and asset management, offering clear and actionable advice.
  • Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and insight.
  • Provide in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to simplify complex financial data and support decision-making.
  • Support investment strategies, including sustainability initiatives, to maximise asset value.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proactive mindset, ready to suggest improvements, adapt to a fast-paced environment and identify cost saving opportunities.
  • Be a fully qualified finance professional with strong management accounting and business partnering experience.
  • Have expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, within a complex environment.
  • Possess advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Sum-ifs) with the ability to analyse and present complex data effectively.
  • Be a confident communicator, capable of building strong relationships with finance and non-finance teams.
