Finance Director - Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd : Job Details

Our growing financial services client, is looking for a Finance Director to develop and implement the company’s financial strategy. The role will invole:

• Dealing with risk mitigation
• Mergers and Aquisitions and identifying growth opportunities.
• Supervising all financial projects across the group,
• Producing financial reports and budgets
• Implementing cash flow management
• Improve efficiency and reduce costs throughout the business.
• Maintenance of accurate financial systems and processes
• Adhering tocompliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations
• Management of accounting employees

Skills / Qualifications required

• Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Superior mathematical skills Experience
• Proven experience as a Director of Finance or similar role.
• Fully conversant with MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of FCA Threshold Conditions.
