Finance Director - Blackburn (Hybrid) - Permanent - Up to £105,000 + Bonus

IN2 Consult have an fantastic and unique opportunity for a Finance Director to join a really exciting company who have recently received significant amount of Private Equity investment and as a result are looking for their first hire within finance. This role is exclusive with us, so you'll only hear about it here.

This job is all about putting in processes and controls, getting ready for a huge scale up project following the investment. You will be creating the foundations of the finance function, being number one in finance. The company is projected to achieve over double their turnover within the next 12 months and to become a major rival to a market leading brand. 

The role is based in Blackburn and there will be an expectation for you to go to the office a couple of times per week.

The duties of the Finance Director role include:

• Implementing processes, procedures and controls for the finance department
• Professionalising the finance department
• Business partnering directly with the CEO, being the number one and go-to person within finance
• Building out a finance team from scratch
• Assisting with scaling the business 

The successful Finance Director will:

• Be fully ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Have experience of working within a scaling business and being a key part of the finance team during a huge period of growth
• Have extensive experience of implementing controls, systems, processes and procedures
• Be available within 6 weeks
