As the company continues to drive growth and innovation, the Finance Director will play a key role in leading and managing the financial strategy during a transitional period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations to ensure alignment with business objectives and corporate strategy.
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive cost control, profitability, and performance improvements.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the finance team, ensuring optimal performance and development.
• Work closely with auditors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, offering actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a senior financial management role within the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Previous experience in managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally is essential.
