Finance Executive- Central London- Hybrid working - Talentedge : Job Details

Talentedge are actively recruiting for an Finance Executive for a leading marketing agency in Central London, with hybrid working (2/3 days in the office) and paying £25- £30k per annum+study

Responsibilities include:

• Obtaining and administering all project financials, liaising with Account Management on:
• Purchase Orders
• Raising invoices
• Processing supplier invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Monthly billing meetings with Account Team
• Adhoc debtor management
• Oversight of foreign VAT admin charges
• Audit preparation
• Year end accruals

Candidates must have:

• 3 months recent finance experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Looking to study ACCA/CIMA
• Strong Excel proficiency as well as MS Office Word and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Good financial understanding
• Proactive with the ability to plan and manage your workload efficiently
• Excellent team spirit and the desire to 'get stuck in’ and make things happen
• Easy communication skills and a curious attitude
