This is a great opportunity for a qualified Financial Controller to business partner with SLT, define a business strategy and highlight areas for growth across their divisions.

Responsibilities: As a Commercial Financial Controller, you will…

• Be integrating small acquisitions in the global portfolio of companies
• Responsible for the finance accounting, management and statutory reporting of the acquire company
• Lead the commercial financial model and business case of the acquired company
• Ensure business and financial targets are met on time
• Lead systems and process integration, between the group and the acquired company
• Lead weekly meetings between the group and acquired company
• Manage senior and a mix of stakeholders globally, internal and external

Requirements: As a Commercial Financial Controller, you will need…

• Fully Qualified, ideally CIMA
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions
