Finance Manager - Audit & Reporting - Blackburn (on site) - £54,000 - £57,000

IN2 Consult are partnering with a multi billion pound bluechip in Blackburn. The organisation in mention has seen continued growth over the last few years with revenues rowing by 47% over the last two years in certain parts of the group and revenues now nearing the £30 billion mark.

Key responsibilities - Audit Finance Manager:

As a Finance Manager, your responsibilities will be split across two key areas:

• Audit and Technical Oversight (50%): You will lead audit operations, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reports. This includes producing technical papers, meeting with auditors, and overseeing the audit process within the team. Effective communication will be critical to coordinating these activities and ensuring clear reporting.

• Controls Improvement & Process Optimisation (50%): You will collaborate on improving internal controls and refining month-end processes, contributing to a more efficient and streamlined operation. This will involve analysing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance financial reporting and control measures.

Key Skills:

• Newly qualified, preferably from a top 20 audit firm
• Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in both audit and process improvement areas
