Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and manage management accounts for the firm.
- Oversee financial accounting activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes
- Optimise financial performance.
- Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.
- Manage accounts payable functions and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Analyse financial data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Skills/Qualifications required:
- Previous finance experience in a legal/solicitors/similar environment.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent management skills.
- Management accounting experience.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
