I am working with a Housing Association to recruit for a Finance Manager
Location: London
On-site Requirements: Once a month
Salary: £59,000-£61,000
What you will have:
- Good time management and organisation
- Experience line managing and motivating a team
- An understanding of the housing sector
- Knowledge of FRS standards
- A recognised accounting qualification
- An understanding of accounts payable transactions and how it operates
What the Finance Manager will do:
- Oversee and manage the AP function
- Conduct weekly payment runs
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Manage the processing of invoices to suppliers, lenders and contractors
- Manage the cash resources and cash forecasts for the organisation
- Maintain good controls for the companies assets
- Manage and keep up to date with the systems in place
- Implement process improvements to promote efficiency
