The role has been created to support the business as they embark on a number of high profile projects, including investment in a new production facility. This business are values driven, these are core to the collaborative and supportive culture they have built.The roleInterim Finance Manager – 12 to 14 Months Fixed Term Contract Working closely with the Finance Director and business partnering with key stakeholders across the group you will enjoy a broad remit. including responsibility for the site reporting, business partnering and involvement in projects. Responsibilities:- Preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts- Business partnering with production and operations- P&L reporting and balance sheet reconciliations- Product mix and variance analysis- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts- Management of small finance teamThe person> Professionally qualified but will consider part-qualified or qualified by experience> Experience in a fast-paced cost-focused environment> Strong communication skills for business partnering> People person helping to coach and mentor junior members of finance teamAn excellent opportunity to join a thriving group during and exciting period of growth and change.
