Description

Finance Manager responsibilities:

• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
• Cashflow forecasting, budget maintenance & preparation.
• Compile and present monthly management accounts.
• P&L and Balance Sheet reasonability checks.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory financial requirements.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process.
• Improve financial procedures and systems to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor performance against financial objectives.
• Report to the board with timely and accurate financial information.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Experience in a similar Finance Manager/ Accountant role.
• Experience of working with Xero (desirable).
