Finance Manager - Cobalt Recruitment : Job Details

OVERVIEW

A leading estate agency are searching for a Finance Manager to join their team based in Knightsbridge. This role presents a great opportunity to play a key role in the finance team and aid with the strategy of an expanding business.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + benefits

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting directly to the CFO you will be responsible for:

• Prepare financial statements and management reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, providing actionable insights and supporting budget planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal leaders for financial oversight and ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax filings, and audits.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accuracy in financial data across CRM and Oracle Systems (Reapit).
• Liaise with tax agents and work with auditors to ensure compliance and timely, accurate audits.
• Support the Finance Manager and CFO in aligning with the overall financial strategy of the business.

EXPERIENCE & CHARACTERISTICS

• At least 5 years of experience within finance (within real estate preferred)
• Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CFA) or QBE accountant with a related degree
• Extensive experience in financial reporting and planning
• Ideally strong experience within commercial real estate
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
