Finance Manager - Distinct Recruitment : Job Details

This Nottingham-based company, with a global footprint, is actively involved in exciting transformation initiatives. They are currently seeking two Finance Managers to support these projects on 24-month contracts.

In this role, you'll work closely with programme leadership and finance teams to drive strategic decision-making and ensure the successful delivery of the programmes.

Your responsibilities will include performance analysis, setting and driving targets and KPIs, and overseeing programme reporting for senior stakeholders. You'll provide commercial insights to ensure decisions align with programme objectives. You’ll also take ownership of scenario modelling, strategic planning, and the review and approval of business cases and investments. Additionally, you will hold teams accountable for meeting their commitments.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with a proven track record as a Finance Manager or Business Partner, capable of strategic thinking. Strong analytical skills, experience in financial modelling, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy are crucial. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business are essential.
