Finance Manager - CMA Recruitment Group : Job Details

CMA's client is a rapidly expanding business who is looking to appoint an Interim Finance Manager into supportive role for this fast-paced business. Reporting into the Financial Director, you will be in charge of running a finance function and ensuring the team are supported and driven forward. Paying an excellent hourly rate of £25.65, this is an ideal role for an existing Finance Manager to add value within this interim opportunity with an immediate start on offer. What will the Interim Finance Manager role involve?

• Team of 5 reports covering transactional finance and payroll;
• Supporting month end processes, ensuring month end is closed efficiently;
• Financial accounts and management accounts production;
• Accounting for a multiple entity environment, journal postings and intercompany accounts;
• KPI analysis and attending senior management meetings to provide meaningful insight.
• Occasional travel to various sites to business partner with regional management teams.

Suitable Candidate for the Interim Finance Manager vacancy:

• Ideally you will be ACCA/CIMA qualified or have the relevant practical experience;
• People management experience and ability to drive a team forward, getting the most from the department;
• A detailed understanding of month end, year end and audit processes;
• Healthcare industry sector experience is advantageous although not essential;
• Ability to start a new role immediately.
