Finance Manager - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half have partnered with a growing international real estate business.

They have properties across UK, Europe and the United States and specialise in residential developments, hotels and commercial properties. Due to their continued growth, they're looking to hire a Finance Manager to join the team.

This role will be based in Central London with a Hybrid working pattern.

Role:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
• Ownership of the year end reporting process
• Assist and manage all development budgets
• Provide assistance on monthly cashflow analysis
• Preparing external loan compliance statements

Profile:

• ACA or ACCA Qualified financial accountant with 3+ years post qualification experience
• Strong Financial analysis skills
• Proficiency in financial software and systems - Yardi and Caseware
• Advanced MS Excel Skills
