Finance Manager - Vision Vehicle Solutions

Location:Uxbridge (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Based in Uxbridge, we offer a dynamic hybrid working model and a supportive, fun work environment. As Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth, working closely with senior management and Markerstudy’s finance and audit teams.

What You'll Do:

The Finance Manager is responsible for control and oversight of all financial transactions, budget planning, cashflow and Capex forecasts. Working collaboratively with the Group Finance Teams, the manager will be closely involved in preparation of the management accounts, month end and year end reporting and will provide in depth analysis, advice and support to our Senior Management Team.  The manager will also be responsible for all finance related audit and FCA compliance functions.  

Duties will include:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and cashflow forecasts
• Deliver insightful analysis to support business decisions
• Ensuring accurate financial transactions and reporting
• Drive team performance through effective leadership and development

What We're Looking For:

• Accountancy qualifications (desirable) and audit experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including strong excel skills
• Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and develop your team
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach
• Ensure all processes and systems remain fit for purpose
