Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a new job opportunity for a Finance Manager to join an established and rapidly growing family-owned business in the Crawley area on a permanent basis.

As the Finance Manager, you will have the ownership of the finance function and work closely with the Finance Director as the company continues to grow and expand.

Your duties will include:

• Manae a team of 1
• Mange all financial reporting, processes and systems
• Produce monthly management accounts and provide commentary
• Variance analysis
• Cash-flow forecasting
• Manage sales ledger and credit control
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• In-depth business analysis
• Liaise with auditors & manage statutory requirements

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Track record of closing month end efficiently
• Experience of supervising a team
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent is desirable
