Finance Manager - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half are looking for an FP&A Professional to join a Global Real Estate Services Firm as a Finance Manager. This position is paying up to £56k and is based in Central London with Hybrid working. This role will business partner with the operational team and will also involve direct contact with clients.

The Role

• Generate monthly contract management accounts with variance analysis for internal corporate reporting.
• You will be responsible for managing and reporting all chargeable account costs to clients, overseeing invoicing across multiple regions, and tracking variances along with annual budget submissions.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Director, Client Accounting Director, and cross-functional teams to ensure contract obligations are met.
• Prepare month-end reports for clients, detailing all account-related financial activities (pass-through costs).
• Coordinate with different country finance teams for invoicing oversight and reconciliation as needed.
• Review and attest month-end reports before submission to clients.

Your Profile

• You will need to come from an FP&A background.
• The ability to business partner and liaise with stakeholders at different levels is essential. Strong communication skills are critical.
