Finance Manager - Broster Buchanan Ltd : Job Details

Our client, a highly ambitious healthcare business requires an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join the team on a permanent basis during this exciting phase of growth  Reporting to the Finance Director you will have operational oversight and management responsibility of a small finance function.  Your role will be to manage the day-to-day finance operations with the support of your finance team a list of which will include the following 

• Profit and Loss production
• Balance sheet control and reconciliation
• Finance partner with the wider business conducting monthly analysis
• Review trends and opportunities on improving margin through commercial business engagement
• Manage transactional performance – AP, AR, supplier payment runs
• Submission of VAT returns
• Review payroll for c250-400 employees  

 Candidate 

• Ideally you will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or actively completing with a minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Be commercially driven and ambitious with your career aspirations
• Being able to hit the ground with the prospect of promotion in the near future
