Finance Manager - Change Recruitment Services Ltd : Job Details

Change Recruitment are delighted to be working with a specialist manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare to recruit a commercially focussed Finance Manager.  Looking after a small team and reporting into the Group Financial Controller you will be responsible for the sites financial reporting as well as offering strategic and budgetary support as a key member of the senior management level.Duties for this role include:

• Management of the accounting function, to include managing and mentoring a small team
• Preparation and presentation of weekly financial reports and monthly management accounts to the senior management team, providing analysis and commentary
• Manage the annual budgeting process and future strategic development of the business
• Input into the year end audit process and liaise with the company auditors.
• Complete all regulatory reporting to statutory bodies.
• Monitoring gross margins/contributions with focus on optimising sales mix.
• Monitor working capital management, with particular focus on inventory, credit management and cashflow.
• Generate the necessary financial information that will highlight profit potential and/or inefficiencies.

This is a commercially focussed finance role where you will have significant input into the strategic development of the business as it continues its growth trajectory.
