Reed has been retained to recruit for a Construction Machinery organisation that is looking to bring in a Finance Manager into thier senior leadership team that will be responsible for all company accounting alongside giving high level advice to the directorate team. 

So what would your responsibilities be?

• Financial reporting including both Management & Stat Accounts
• Assisting the Managing Director with Budgeting & Forecasting
• Account Reconciliation
• Analysis & effective business partnering
• Tax compliance and FOREX
• Looking at continuous improvements & efficiencies
• Fixed assets & depreciation
• Month & year end

But what experience do you need?

• Fully qualified, ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Exposure to the Construction, Manufacturing or Engineering sectors is highly desirable
• Experience with Sage 50 is highly desirable
• Experience with international tax & FOREX is desirable
• A hands on mentality with the ability to give honest prudent advice
