Finance Manager - In2 Consult : Job Details

Finance Manager (Part Qualified), Twickenham (Hybrid, £50,000-£65,000+10% bonus + Study Support 

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional to take on diverse responsibilities in management accounting, ensuring the smooth operation of the finance function while balancing both historical and forward-looking commercial influences. It is a role that combines strategic insight with operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager (Part Qualified): 

• Prepare management accounts, covering overheads, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheets.
• Collaborate with internal teams on revenue and cost of sales (managed separately).
• Engage with external accountants who prepare statutory accounts for each entity, supporting coordination and reviewing submissions.
• Support the transition to Unit 4 for the FP&A function. 
• Act as a business partner between teams to ensure smooth information flows. 
• Oversee the Accounts Payable function, ensuring effective cash flow management. 
• Handle end-to-end cash management and oversee payment processes across multiple entities.
• Work with external payroll providers to collate payroll data, verify against budget, and manage payroll-related queries from employees.

Key Qualifications for the Finance Manager (Part Qualified): 

• Prior experience with multi-entity/site companies. 
• Part-Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA (Qualified by experience also considered) 
• Candidates must be proactive and take the initiative, given the fast-paced nature of the industry
