Your new role

As the Finance Manager, you will be number 1 in finance within a growing SME, and will be tasked with bringing the accounts inhouse from their current accountancy service providers. You will be working with entrepreneurial owners to maintain the businesses' KPIs, developing the management accounts pack and establish better controls across the business.

• Production of the full statutory accounts
• Production of the management accounts and develop the analysis to allow the owners to use them for decisions
• Reviewing the full controls across the business and making improvements
• Work with other senior members to develop the decision-making processes across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be an accountant with an entrepreneurial outlook. You will be working with the owners to drive the business forward and work to make improvements across the organisation. You will be focused on using the accountancy department to support the business and make better decisions. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant who has had some experience in industry.
