Finance Manager SF Recruitment are currently working with a growing business in Malvern in the recruitment of a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate: We are seeking a qualified accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA with experience within both financial and management reporting, together with strong leadership and mentoring skills. Based on site in the office 3 days per week, this is an exciting time to join a very interesting business sector. Key duties will include:

• Month end management accounts and commentary
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Variance analysis
• Cashflow forecasting
• Support the Year end and audit process
• VAT returns
• Training and mentoring
• Supervising a small team
• Good communication and IT skills are essential
