This Finance Manager role will oversee all functions within the Finance department, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and offers strong opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks
• Set up new suppliers and handle CIS verification's
• Add new employees to Sage 50 payroll and Sage HR systems
• Manage company holiday records through Sage HR
• Generate client invoices for the company
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions and invoices
• Utilise Sage 50 accounting software
• Assist in financial reporting and analysis
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all monthly employees
• Handle weekly and monthly supplier payments
• Address payroll-related queries
• Reconcile supplier and bank statements
• Maintain accurate financial transaction records
• Provide support for daily finance operations
• Process purchases and purchase orders
• Prepare monthly VAT & CIS returns
