Finance Manager - Robert Half : Job Details

Are you an ambitious Finance Manager looking for the next step in your career? Would you like to work for a major leading Family Owned freight services and cruise line brand. Do you enjoy managing stakeholders at all levels, working across multiple group functions and being detail orientated.

As the successful candidate you will be a qualified accountant ideally at least 2 years post qual. Other key responsibilities include;

* Oversight and management of Accounting, Group reporting, Financial Statements and Tax reporting

* Management and preparation for Annual and Interim audits

* Management of other reporting requirements including ONS and Corporate Governance reporting on internal controls and risk analysis

* Act as Company Secretary, including preparation of Board packs, minutes, and Companies House updates and filings, good basic grounding in the Companies Act 2006

* Manage and develop the Financial Accountant reporting directly

* Oversight of record keeping and internal and external contracts

* Oversight of banking compliance and application

* Formulate and update financial models for budget, long term planning and scenario analysis Participate in ad-hoc and diverse projects within the Group and with colleagues
