Finance Manager

Guildford/ Hybrid

£75,000 - 85,000 + benefits

Grafton Banks Finance is working with a growing international business to recruit a newly created Finance Manager role.

This role will partner a fast-growing revenue stream within the business providing commercial support, business partnering, month end accounting, and driving the implementation of improved processes and controls.

We are looking for a qualified accountant who has a background in management accounting, is experienced adding commercial value through insights and analysis, has an eye for process and system improvement, and who thrives working in fast paced growing businesses.

The role is hybrid working with 2 days per week in the clients Guildford offices, salary is up to £85,000 + benefits including 10% bonus.

Key tasks include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounting.
• Preparation of budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Preparing and developing monthly management reports.
• Analysis of results, KPI’s and rationalisation of impacts and conditions on performance.
• Monthly Financial reviews and comparisons to Budget and prior year for income statement, balance sheet and cashflow
• Supporting the Group Financial Controller during the statutory audit and ongoing support with auditors.
• Driving projects to improve finance systems and controls.
• Managing a small team.
