Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent.

Location: Wokingham (Predominantly office based. Occasional working from home)
Schedule: Part time 20 hours per week initially. Could increase as the company grows. Flexible working hours but at least 4 days per week

About The Role:
The Finance Manager will run all accounting activities within the company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations. This role is responsible for processing all transactions on Xero, payroll, invoicing and credit control, financial reporting and providing commercial support to the Sales Team. The Finance Manager will work closely with the Directors to offer financial insights that drive decision-making and help optimize business performance. This role covers all aspects of finance within a relatively small company from the daily processing of transactions to supporting the Directors strategic decisions. It’s a bookkeeper and Financial Director role, all in one.
